Brad Logan
Founder & President

Brad Logan is President and the Designated Broker for Logan Commercial Advisors, originally part of Cavan Commercial, formed in 2002 as a brokerage firm specializing in office condominium representation and development.  Shortly after forming, the Company became an industry leader in the Metro Phoenix office condo market and is now a full-service brokerage and property management firm. 

Brad has a Bachelors of Science Degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University and subsequently graduated with honors from the University of Arizona, College of Law.  After practicing real estate law in Scottsdale for three years, he joined the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis as a National tenant representative.  In 1999, Brad left CBRE to focus exclusively on serving office condominium buyers, developers and investors.

Brad is past Chairman of the Board of the Southwestern Business Financing Corporation – a non-profit corporation that provides small businesses with long-term loans for owner-occupied fixed assets valued from $125,000 to $10,000,000. 

Russell B. Groen

Russell B. Groen has over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate ownership, management, and brokerage in the south western U.S. and France.  Investors of the properties he has overseen over the years (totaling several million sq. ft.) achieved average annualized returns exceeding 25%.  He has negotiated to successful conclusion over a thousand lease transactions of all product types (industrial, office, and retail).  He has performed acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, financing, asset management, and supervision of construction management and property management for RBG Real Estate Advisors (Scottsdale), Equastone (Phoenix, La Jolla, Denver), Holualoa Companies (Phoenix, Santa Monica, Tucson), the Shidler Group (La Jolla), and Business Real Estate Brokerage (La Jolla). 

Russell has graduate level business school credentials from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and is conversant in four languages: English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.  Russell is highly regarded in the commercial real estate community as having excellent attention to details, sense of fairness, responsiveness, creativity, and integrity.
