The Team Azar Meszaros
Azar Meszaros joined LOGAN Commercial Advisors with a diverse well-established property management background. In addition to her property management talents, Azar brings to the team her strong follow through skills and dedication to quality customer service. She began her career in Phoenix as a Property Manager for a large, multi-state management company in 1988. Responsibilities included over-seeing management operations of properties in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. Azar also served as an Asset Manager for a development and management firm in Nevada, over-seeing several retail centers. Her responsibilities included blueprint plan review, construction costs analysis, on-site inspections and monthly financial draw disbursement. Azar prides herself as being solutions oriented and responsive. Monthly operating expense control, capital improvement expenditures, vendor contract negotiations, supervision of five building engineers, tenant interaction and tenant improvement projects are just a few of the day to day responsibility for which she is accountable. Jodette Wilmot Jodette Wilmot has been actively involved in the Property Management industry for over 15 years. Well-versed in several facets of the business, Jodette has experience in multi-family, hotel and commercial Property Management. She has held both Property Management and Regional Management titles, overseeing multiple properties in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Ohio and Florida. Her responsibilities have included: budget preparation and adherence, capital improvement implementation, delinquency control, financial reporting, extensive property inspections, contract negotiation, vendor selection, hiring and overseeing up to 35 employees and obtaining and retaining tenants. Jodette is quick to respond to requests, is detail-oriented and provides a high level of service to our customers.
